Urgent Winter Boiler Advice

This maintenance plan covers your boiler and integral controls in the event of a breakdown.

  • Fault with your boiler?
  • Do you have a condensing boiler?
  • Is there a blue light flashing on the boiler?

  • Is your boiler making a gurgling noise?
  • No heat or hot water?

It is likely that your condensate / discharge pipe has frozen as we are experiencing extreme weather conditions around the country.
This is not a fault with your boiler, it is happening because of the extreme drop in temperature outside.

Please note that frozen pipes are NOT COVERED on any of our maintenance plans, although we can come out to assist there will be a callout charge applied and there will be a waiting time before we can visit.
