Power Flushing
Power flushing is the most effective way of cleaning a central heating system.
Over the years, sludge and iron oxides build up in any central heating system, leading to cooler radiators, system noise and potential damage to the boiler and controls. With all new boiler installations we recommend power flushing prior to installation. If your system is over five years old it could also give a new lease of life to your heating and save you money on fuel bills.
Power flushing is simple and easy to carry out, there is no need to remove radiators and in most cases the pumping machine we use is situated outside your property. The flushing loosens deposits and sludge and then removes them from the system. We then protect your system by adding an inhibitor to help prevent corrosion in your system.
