SAFEGAS, through their Five Star Maintenance Plan, service over 10,000 Yorkshire households with central heating and hot water breakdown cover.
"The Five Star Maintenance Plan give customers the piece of mind that their central heating and hot water is fully covered in the event of a breakdown" pointed out SAFEGAS managing director, Martin Cooper. "Whilst our CORGI registered engineers aren't always available to help light boilers, they are on call for breakdowns seven days a week, 365 days a year."
The move to a new, purpose built call centre and Head Office, minutes from the centre of Leeds, represents the next phase in the devlopment of SAFEGAS and the Five Star Maintenance Plan. "The facility incorporates a fully equipped training centre, emergency parts stores, computerised call centre and office," added Martin Cooper, "enabling us to expand the Five Star Maintenance Plan in the UK through a planned expansion programme and license agreements.
