Leeds based central heating maintenance specialists, SAFEGAS scooped one of the heating industry's top awards at an 'Oscar' style award ceremoney in London.

SAFEGAS took the Service and Maintenance Initiative at this year's H&V News Awards held at London's Grosvenor House Hotel and were presented with their award by a top comedian Jimmy Carr. These annual awards are the UK's top accolades within the heating, ventilating and air conditioning industry and attract entries from across the UK.
The award was won in partnership with Sentinel who supply a wide range of central heating water treatment products:
"From our purpose built call centre in Leeds, we were able to offer Sentinel a full customer telephone advice service," explained SAFEGAS Managing Director Martin Cooper. "With our expertise in the field of central heating maintenance and installation. We were able to provide both technical and product support with a fast and professional pro-active service."
Calls for technical advice are received from house builders, housing associations and local authorities as well as plumbers and heating engineers. The H&V News judges described this joint initiative as a 'lovely package', one that gave piece of mind to customers and which also utilised the expertise and experience of both companies.
